How is "recurring" actually recurring?
Every month your referred company pays its AppSuite invoice, you get a percentage of that invoice as commission. There is no expiry, and there's no upfront or sign-up bonus — you earn purely on confirmed monthly billing. As long as they keep paying and you remain an active affiliate, the commission keeps flowing.
What counts as an "active account"?
A referred customer who has paid at least one invoice and has been with AppSuite for more than 30 days. The 30-day window protects you (and us) from customers who immediately churn.
When do I get paid?
Payouts run on the 5th of every month for the previous month's commission. UPI and IMPS for India, wire for international. Each affiliate has a minimum payout threshold configured by our team — typically ₹1,000 — below which the balance carries forward to the next month.
Can I refer myself or my own company?
No — self-referrals are not eligible. But if you have a sister concern with a separate billing entity, that's fine. We do verify.
What if my referral cancels?
You earn for every month they pay. If they cancel in month 7, you got paid for months 2 through 7 and that's it. No clawbacks unless the customer disputes the charge or commits fraud.
Do you provide marketing material?
Yes — banners, demo videos, decks, social posts, email templates, comparison sheets vs. major competitors, and case studies. Refreshed quarterly.
How long is the tracking cookie?
180 days. If a prospect clicks your link today and signs up six months later, the commission is still yours.
Is there a cap on how much I can earn?
None. We have affiliates earning over ₹1.5L/month and we'd be thrilled to have more of them.
