Why one platform
The reason to build a platform instead of a list of apps. Here are five real flows that only work when one company owns all the data.
Win a deal in CRM → generate a quote → customer signs in Sign → quote becomes an invoice in Invoice. Same customer record, three apps.
Monthly payroll run in HR → TDS deducted per section → 24Q filed quarterly in Tax & Compliance → Form 16 issued at year-end. Zero re-entry.
Issue an invoice → IRN auto-generated → E-Way Bill triggered on dispatch → GSTR-1 auto-populated at month-end. All from one invoice.
3-way match (PO ↔ GRN ↔ Invoice) → vendor TDS deducted → 26Q filed → Form 16A issued. Procurement and Tax sharing one ledger.
Selfie at client site → expense geo-tagged to that site → manager auto-approves → reimbursement bundled with the next payslip. Three apps, one trip.
Employee raises ticket about a broken machine → asset register identifies the unit → preventive-maintenance schedule updates → calibration cert tracked. Service crosses every category.
A few honest notes
Roadmaps change. Dates here are targets, not promises. Phase ordering will shift based on what customers ask for first. Big bets like full Procurement / SCM and EAM may take longer than 24 months — we're being honest, not aspirational.
