Demos every 2 weeks on a staging tenant. You see progress, sign off as we go, and we adjust before we paint ourselves into a corner.

UAT & go-live
You run UAT on a real-data clone. We fix what you find. We migrate, monitor go-live in real time, and stay on-call for 30 days.
