Pricing questions
Why per-employee per-month?
It's the model every Indian HRMS buyer already understands — Zoho People, GreytHR, Keka, Darwinbox all price this way. The cost scales with your team, not with arbitrary tiers like "Pro vs Enterprise".
How is "employee" counted?
Active employees in the system at the end of each billing cycle. Contractors and ex-employees in alumni mode aren't counted. We snapshot the count on your billing date and round up to the nearest 5.
What does the 14-day trial include?
Full access to your chosen tier — all modules, all features, unlimited users during the trial. No credit card required. At the end, pick a paid plan or your tenant pauses (data preserved for 90 days).
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade any time — change takes effect immediately and is prorated. Downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle so you don't lose paid features mid-month.
GST?
Listed prices are exclusive of GST (18%). Your invoice shows the breakdown. We issue GST-compliant invoices with HSN code and our GSTIN.
Annual vs monthly?
20% discount on yearly billing. Same modules, same support, paid upfront. Monthly billing is fine — no minimum commitment, cancel anytime.
What about 1000+ employees?
Custom pricing kicks in at 500+ employees — typically the per-employee rate drops in steps. Contact sales for a quote; we typically respond same business day.
When will I be able to add CRM / Finance / other apps?
CRM, Sign and a few finance apps are shipping in Q3–Q4 2026 (see /roadmap). They'll initially be sold as add-on per-employee modules. AppSuite One — the bundle-everything tier like Zoho One — lands once we have 5+ suites live, targeting 2027.
Discounts for NGOs / education?
Yes — 50% off for registered Section-8 NGOs and recognised educational institutions. Email sales@appsuite.in with proof.
